Our workshop services

Based in the West Midlands, it means we are no more than a few hours from any major UK port, our modern workshop is fully equipped to support the repair, calibration, and re-engineering of all major components such as cylinder heads, pistons, and liners. We have invested heavily in the latest Chris-Marine machining equipment along with a lathe, press, pillar drill and milling machine.

We have ensured that we have the correct capabilities to overhaul most high-speed engines correctly. What we mean by correctly is we don’t leave old paint on overhauled engines or blow them through with air and say they have been cleaned. All components including the engine block are placed into our ultrasonic deep cleaning tank and taken back to bare metal. We also component spray each individual part on rebuild ensuring that the engine not only runs smoothly and effectively but looks like it has been built with pride. Engines are then tested and a full overhaul with specification sheets submitted. Customers are invited to come and see our workshop. We’re very proud of it. We’ll get the kettle on.
